Just a quick note to say that the staff were absolutely fantastic on Saturday. I cannot thank them enough ... completely superb. I have already recommended you to a friend at Hat Trick Productions and will continue to rave to anyone and everyone I meet, including a fairly heavyweight party planner I know. I asked them if they could stay on an extra half hour and they very kindly agreed. Also, they arrived half an hour early, which was very useful as it turns out, so I'd like to cover that as well. Once again, thanks so much. Many of the guests have said - quite spontaneously - how brilliant the staff were.

I just wanted to thank you for the great service your guys provided for my party last Saturday. I knew I was in safe hands when your supervisor turned up well ahead of schedule and immediately took charge and worked out what needed to be done.

The two waiting staff were delightful and never stopped working for one second - they really used their initiative and kept everything flowing smoothly. Everyone was in love with the barmen and they just kept the drinks coming seamlessly. I had such a great time, not having to worry about anything, and so much of the clearing up was already done that the morning after wasn't at all daunting. And your recommendations for security and for glassware were spot on and really delivered too. I will be recommending your company far and wide. Many thanks again,
