To supply you with only industry professionals with at least 2 years experience. Offering the same level of support whether you are taking 1 or 100 staff with skilled event managers on the end of a phone helping you every step of the way.

Team Hierarchy

Core waiting staff - These staff are the back bone of any good event, trained to be flexible they're capable of all styles of service, cloakroom, Back of house operations and basic bartending (everything up to but not including cocktails, for this you would need one of our Mixologists).

Supervisors - VIP staff with a higher level of experience, capable of leading Core waiting staff teams. We highly recommend having a supervisor when taking a number of staff as even the most trained individuals need leadership. Where possible we advise getting supervisors or managers in for a briefing before other team members arrive.

Managers - Our most experienced staff capable of completely Managing events. Highly recommended when you need someone to take more control over an event from start to finish. Managers come dressed in a black suit unless requested otherwise.

Our members of staff come dressed in black as standard, though you can provide other uniforms as long as they are practical enough. Staff can be hired in any number depending on the service level you require though we do have a 4 hour minimum booking period. Our Client Managers will be happy to help you with any advice you may need.

Training

Though we believe in having a team not an Army we like to train like one. Potential Staff are taken through two interviews before they are invited to an induction/training day, they will be assessed and if they are deemed strong enough will be put on a training program with senior team members. From this point on they will be continuously trained to the highest level they are capable of achieving over the period of their employment.

For venues or clients who would like to build a regular team with us we can tailor training to suit any requirements, though we do ask that you give us the time to make such requests possible.
